SAS Student poster priceSAS (Society of Archaeological Science) is associated with the organisation of the XXIII GMPCA conference by offering a prize for the best student poster. All posters whose first author is a master or doctoral student are eligible. A jury chaired by Brandy MacDonald and composed of Kevin Walsh, Pierre Bordet, Phillipe Dillman, Anita Quiles and Hélène Salomon evaluated the different posters throughout the week before awarding the prize on Friday afternoon, just before the distribution of the GMPCA thesis prize. The prize for the best poster was awarded to Aurélie Chassin de Kergommeaux, PhD student at the EDYTEM laboratory for her poster entitled: "Trajectories of iron-rich rocks in the Paleolithic: genesis, selection and alteration" (S1A_P12)
