Author's guidelines

French and English are the 2 languages allowed for papers and posters

For oral presentations:

The duration of oral communications is fixed at 12 minutes and 3 minutes of exchanges.

The papers (standard format .ppt, .pptx, .pdf) must be sent to the session leaders the week before: Friday 29 April

For the posters:

A flash presentation of the posters (2 minutes maximum) is planned at the end of each session.

The flash presentation (1 to 2 slides, standard format .ppt, .pptx, .pdf) should be sent to the session leaders the week before: Friday 29 April

The posters will also be displayed throughout the week and will be accessible during the breaks (coffee and lunch), as well as on Wednesday during a dedicated time during which the authors will be able to stay in front of their poster.

The posters will be printed by you in A0 portrait format.

A unique number will be given to each poster in order to position it on the dedicated grids.

Please bring clips to hang your posters.
